GOLLUM
I found this small frog yesterday in our home garden ..so I took some pics of it. I am not a fan of frogs but I always think that Amphibious animals are so strange and weird animals ..
During the academic year for medicine and zoology students, those frogs are found to be sold along the university road for 3-5 dinards each ..what an exploitation !!!...
Any way ..when I was taking pics for this frog , it did remind me of the character GOLLUM or SMEAGOL in the famous trilogy"The lord of the Rings" . What do you think? lol …and I had a thought that maybe GOLLUM after his long sufferings of the ring curse become a small frog and fell in my small garden lol , actually my father is a big fan of the story "The lord of the Rings", because he read this story along time ago when he was in the states and before it became a film and he liked it so much .

dear bsheshentra , what a strange frog u found in the garden , do u remember we where were studying when we were looking for frog and we did not found and now when u do not want them u do find them ....LOL... i was thinking why we do not publish out progects in the blog it will be great i will see how ...miss ya ...take care ...bye bye
thnx dear Dosa ..and yes I remember lol .. we searched so much for them in all the farms and the lakes but no luck… , but now when we finally finished our study ,they are in our garden and look like GOLLUM too lol ..and i like the idea about the publishing our projects , its a great idea, u the gorilla mountain and me the hippo lol , and we will go back to the great Africa jungle again lol ..
what a lovely frog and strange looking frog!! I really like it and yes it does look like Smeagol from Lord of the Rings which I really enjoyed watching and would recommend it to anyone.
You and your family seem to like and are kind to animals, this means Allah loves your family that are kind to his creations and therefore are kind to people as well.
anglo , thnx so much for you nice comment , and yah my familly likes and love animals , especialy me and my sis , i took care until now 6 rabits wich i loved the most ,one dog,2 tortoises, 3 guinea pigs, and we had some injured animals like bird that lived only one day and i named it tesha andقنفذ that survived and back to nature , and other kinds i dont remember right now , but i love animals so much , and some day i hope i will have all the animals that i like

I have 9 tortoises, 6 Libyan & 3 Tunisians, I blogged about them back in May this year with some pictures, I will InshAllah post more pictures of my prized tortoises soon.
How could you compare that ugly frog to GOLLUM??

thnx AngloL , YAH I saw ur 9 tortoises in ur blog , they are so cute and it is good to know that 6 of them are from Libya ,it’s just wonderful to have a small tortoise and watch it grew up after a long time , coz it stays small for a long time and I always find it amazing how my tortoise Beshe got so big after many years , my Dad told me that he think that its from Egypt , I will take pic of it soon :0)
